RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with your goods for whatever reason you have the right to return them within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right not to accept goods back after this time period.

All items must be returned:

unused
in perfect condition
in its original packaging (with tags)
in a resaleable condition
and include any free items that came with it.

With the returned item please include your name, address and ideally a copy of the invoice along with the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or a refund.

Postage will not be refunded (with the exception of faulty goods).

We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods. Any claims for undelivered or returned goods arriving damaged must be made through the courier that you used to despatch the goods back to us.

Refunds
Once your items have been received and checked we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds are processed through the original method of payment used.

If you paid by card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.
PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.

Exchanges
For exchanges, return the goods to the address above stating that you would like an exchange.
For exchanges please include re-postage money, at the same rate as was charged on the first order.
